As I write this, there are no runs scheduled. But yes, once a run is announced and you are listed as a buyer, someone will try to contact you in-game. Sorry I can't give you a more definite answer, but there are a lot of inactive members due to school and whatnot. Mutiny runs about once a week, so hang tight... you should be hearing from someone relatively soon; or feel free to look for a different guild in the meantime.
